Returns Policy

Your Goods must be checked within 7 days of receipt. If your goods arrive damaged or incorrect, please inform us by calling 0845 299 6322 or by sending an email to hello@bathroomstore-direct.co.uk quoting your order number within seven days of receipt of your order. Where possible please include a digital photograph or video of any damages to your good(s) with your email.

Where goods have arrived damaged or incorrect, we will either send replacement parts or replace the goods ourselves or arrange for the manufacturer to replace or repair the goods (where applicable) free of charge. Where the goods or parts are being replaced we will arrange for the damaged or incorrect goods to be collected at the time of replacement goods are delivered.

Please ensure goods remain in their original packaging, in the condition they were originally delivered in.

If we deem the goods returned as damaged and in a un-resellable condition upon receipt, we will reserve the right to charge all additional delivery, collection and sale of product charges in full. Please note that any additional delivery or collection charges will be higher than the original delivery charge, as all delivery charges displayed on the website are subsided.

If you wish to exchange within 30days for another item you can return your item to us. Upon receipt of your item we will dispatch the new item. Alternatively if you would like us to arrange a swap there will be a £19.00 charge for the delivery and collection.

If you wish to return undamaged goods – i.e. because you have changed your mind – please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. When returning the goods to us, please ensure the goods are in their original, undamaged and unmarked packaging while also ensuring you have sufficient insurance with the carrier to cover the value of the goods should they be lost or damaged during transit. Alternatively if you would like us to arrange a collection there will be a £19.00 charge. As soon as we receive the goods back undamaged we will refund the value of the goods in full. If the packaging arrives marked or damaged, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund upon receipt of the goods back into our warehouse, providing all of the above criteria has been met, we will issue you with the refund on your returned item(s). Please allow 14 days for your refund to show cleared into your account.
