Ordering

All orders placed on the website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. The 'confirmation' stage of the ordering process will set out the final details of the order, this will all be viewed on a secure server. When the order is placed, a link will be sent with a automatic confirmation email. On completion of the order a contract between the recipient and Bathroom Store Direct will take place on dispatch of the product(s) ordered, unless the recipient has been notified with none-acceptance of the order or if the if the order has been cancelled. Please refer to the Returns and Replacements section. It is advised to print out the order confirmation receipt for any personal records. It is also advised to take note of the Order Number once supplied on completion of an order which will be sent via electronic email, this will speed-up the process for any quires of any existing order(s), payments, pricing or promotions.

Full payment is required at the time of the processed order in all cases where the product is ready for dispatch. The price paid after the checkout process, is the price displayed in the website-shopping basket at the time of receiving the order. While Bathroom Store Direct try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If an error is to occur, the price of the goods that have been ordered may have to be revised, re-confirmed or cancelled in-order to avoid any wrongful information displayed via the website. If the recipient is unable to be contacted, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and the item(s) have been paid for, a full refund will be given.

All International (Non-UK) orders have to fully complete the online order form and submit it. Once the form data has been received, the recipient will be contacted regarding the full cost (including shipping). All transactions will be paid by either Credit Card or Debit Card through our Secure Online Payment Gateway. Any goods will not be sent until payment is received in full. All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise. VAT and delivery charge will be added (if applicable) at the time of process. (Please contact us if you are placing an order from a VAT exempt country.)

IMPORTANT: Payments can be made securely online with Credit or Debit Cards. No Credit Card details are retained by us at any time.

Free Delivery / Parcel Orders

We currently offer free delivery on all products that are 30kg or below within Mainland UK. Anything above 30kg will be charged as a pallet delivery. Please see our Order/Delivery Process page for a more in-depth explanation of prices and locations.

The chart shown on the Order/Delivery Process page is used as a general guide-line, to help our customers estimate any delivery charges they may have when ordering. Due to the complex delivery system, certain delivery prices within the Mainland UK may vary depending on your location/area code.

10 Year Warranty Entitlement

Bathroom Store Direct understand the importance of customer satisfactory standards. All other products come with a five year warranty (1 year parts and labour**, followed by 9 years parts only warranty).

Excludes all electric parts and products which are supplied with a 12 month warranty.

Seven Day Money Back Guarantee

A product can be returned for whatever reason, within seven days of receipt of your goods. We offer a full refund within the first seven days. We also encourage our customers to check the product(s) condition within the first 3-5 days of purchase.

30 Day Exchange

1 year parts and labour** After we receive information about the issue in the form of video or images. That information is assessed, it is then determined which steps will be taken to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible. In some instances, we email PDF brochures and videos showing how to resolve the issue. A customer must inform us within 30 days upon of receipt of the product(s) to be entitled to a full refund. After the 30 days of receipt, they will receive a credit note if replacements are dispatched, either full units or parts, and the issue is not corrected. That credit note will be applied to the recipients account for the amount equal to their original purchase. A credit note will be valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase goods from the Bathroom Store Direct online store.
